This is a picture of one of the domes inside the capitol building in Lincoln. I wish you could see the detail! The entire tour that we had was absolutely amazing! The history behind all the murals and depictions was wonderful! The original cost of this building was $10 million dollars! It's undergoing renovations...year 10 of a 9 year plan! I can't remember what our guide said that the value was today but it was staggering!
